   Like the Indian Briyani with mutton… Thick and uhm but chicken rice below standard cheap tho. Claypot rice famous.

   Claypot rice was quite dry and devoid of taste. Don’t have that burnt taste and strong seasoned chicken pieces that distinguish good claypot rice. Also, the Chinese sausage looks and tastes rubbery. Disappointed no liver sausage. Salted fish was already smashed into the rice and you have to tell them if you want in whole.
