Pairings all of these ingredients together made the dish heavenly! The dishes in general felt like eating a work of culinary art (well, probably expected from a fine dining restaurant). As of the main, I got the Wagyu beef medium rare with melted in my mouth. It was served with an emulsion of some sort, with snails at the bottom. The snails were very soft and tasty. Spectacular evening at Rhubarb. Has the Le Menu and in our opinion great value for money. Tasty, beautifully prepared dishes. Kudos to the chef!

The lunch menu is excellent! Very generous portion and extremely fine food. It deserves more star! I especially love the quail and the dessert. Taste is flawless, staff is very friendly, will definitely come back to try other dishes.
