   A pleasant surprise of a restaurant. Really amazing experience, with very unique fusion cuisine and excellent service from the staff. There is no fixed menu, but rest assured that the chef will keep you happy with the choices available. Will definitely come again.

   Unique Japanese Italian fusion menu with attentive staff and service. Set lunches are really value for money and definitely a hidden gem in Alexandra worth checking out. Pastas and desserts are high lights! Would highly recommend 🙂

   The food is good – our group chose to go with the a la carte menu (which we had to actually ask for separately as they initially only provided the course menu). We got the uni pasta, wagyu truffle bolognese pasta, and the pesto prawn (?) pasta between us. I personally liked the wagyu truffle one best, although the uni pasta had good flavor too.

   The letdown lay in the service provided – they seem to be understaffed with what seemed like 3 team members including the chef, and service was incredibly slow. For example, we asked for butter to go with the bread appetizer, but it was only provided after all of us had finished the bread. We had to ask twice for more bread before it was brought out to us much later. It took 20-30 minutes and multiple requests to get the bill.

   The chef seemed to pay attention to the couples (who perhaps ordered the more expensive course menu?) and personally saw them out the door, but didn’t really bother with our a la carte group.
