Located next to Tristar Hotel Joo Chiat.
Get your putu piring fix here. The famous Haig Road Putu Piring $2.50 for 5 pcs. If you are feeling peckish in wee hours fret not, Al Wadee opens 24 hours. From Asian to Western cuisine, all are under one roof. Price is reasonable and portion is big too. For tea time, they do sell fried snacks like fried banana balls & fritters, prawn wadeh, keria, getas2 – sugar coated etc. $2 for 3 pcs. Tahu goreng is a must try here. Beancurd & sauce blends well gives you that ‘kick’. You may ask for extra spicy.

My go to for late night supper. The prata comes with sambal. As for the seafood, well you need to be clear about your orders. They tend to mix up orders when they are busy.
