One of the longest times I had to wait for a fast food chain takeaway, took 35 min from time of order to collection of food.
After receiving the order also realized that the staff missed out the 2 salted egg popcorn chicken that was ordered with my set and had to check and prompt them before they realized and proceeded to pack the item.
If you are eating here please do check on your items before you leave the counter to ensure that you are not missing out on anything.
And also please keep a lookout to see if they have all the items available in order to skip out on the long waiting time required for cooking.
Update: Upon reaching home we also realized that the popcorn chicken were not the salted egg ones but the plain original ones. PLEASE DO THOROUGHLY CHECK EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING, BEFORE LEAVING.

Take away order from woodlands branch…. worse experience! Ordered for 2 sets of 3 piece combo meal and received 2 sets of 2 piece combo meal!! Phone call no response!! Feedback through their webpage… hoping for the reply!! Friends be alert when you take away order… please dun trust the staff blindly…. this is not first time!!

Their fries are much better than McDonald’s cause is fatter & even if it turns cold it’s still tasty & nicely soggy.
The chicken wrap is so good & we’ll done! They didn’t cheat on the ingredients. Its good. Would prefer them over McDonald’s for good quality food

Super slow service and served underbaked biscuits. The inside of the biscuit was still raw batter. Chicken was good. Biscuits were very bad.

love the food. had a problem with my order and the manager sorted it, called me back straight away, and gave me complimentary food next time. super helpful and nice
