Poor customer service for the lady boss and her china waitress. Riding on previous good reputation. 4 pieces of fish for $6 is not very cheap. Soup preparation lacks effort as it tasted only XO and evaporated milk. Will not be back again.

Never went back to this place after so many years because standard dropped and boss have bad attitude. Thought give them a try last week. Same terrible attitude from the ah pek boss. Quality and standard dropped even further, way way down. Fish head is mostly bones. Even the belly part is shrivelled. Some meat over fried till dry and hard. Soup salty. Minus 1 star if there’s this option. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here. Missed the one at West Coast which was way much better but pity already closed down 🙁

Generally okay and decent fish noodles! Would go again. The XO smell is strong and because of this the fish isn’t that fishy. And the noodles were good and chewy as well.

XO fish head bee hun is very good. The XO taste is not so thick, just right. Prawn chickens are very tasty as well. I can’t stop coming back here once in a while for these 2 items.

Expect a long wait during weekday lunch hours. Food is well worth the wait. I personally prefer the fish head bee hoon instead of fish slices. It is simply more fragrant. Portion is generous as well, but the prices here are slightly more expensive than your average bowl of noodles. however, it is well worth the price. Do try the prawn paste chicken if your go there in a group. You can also consider the San Lou Hor Fun if soup based dish is not your thing.
