The quality of the food is pretty good and what your come to expect from an above average Chinese restaurant. However, the service level at this particular branch has deteriorated over the years. I have no problem paying the relatively high price of this place but the service standard is really bad. They missed out on one dish and I had to chase for my order 4 time before I decided to cancel it. The manager of the restaurant was not even apologetic at all and treated the whole affair very non-chalantly. This will be my last visit at this branch.

Worst meal ever. The lobster was rubbery.
The soup was bland & boring.
Ordered a 5 set everything came put in the wrong order. Main first, then soup, then entree, then rice & dessert.
Also they charge for napkins.
Not to mention the creepy waitress that constantly hangs around checking the bill.
Ontop of it all they have misleading advertising.
Thought the meal was $34 per person, that was actually the discount.
Wasted $200 on a meal for 4 ppl. Would have better food at mcdonalds.

The taste of food average at best. Lunch buffet priced at $38++/pax however not many selection on the menu. Perhaps standard at other branches better? Service staff very prompt and good though..
crazy one
Ordered the set for 8 people and it costs nearly $600. Peking duck was good but if came with a small plate of 1″ size cucumber strips n onion (8pcs). I asked for another plate and the lady wait staff with glasses (I assume she is the senior) told me that only when we finish that plate, then we can ask for more. Seriously?! We had to ask for another 2 plates! The soup was salty though fragrant. Perch was good. Then everything went downhill. We had to ask for change of plates, no one topped up our tea, and taste of thetfood got worse. The wasabi mayo prawns was disgusting! The Tienjin cabbage or something was so starchy and the noodles salty till my guests could not eat it. The staff were in such a hurry to clear the table and it was only 9pm. One of the wait staff even spilled some liquid into my uncle and no apologies ag all. Literally everything was just dumped into the table. Lousy experience!
