    Professional service. They will respect your dinner occasion (I.e. birthday, anniversary) and give you a better seat that has a more fitting ambience to your meal. Adding to that, there are different types of seating environments that you can choose from on top of just the basic air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned.

    Meals are filling and lovely. The octopus is the favorite and rightfully so. Chewy but in a way that makes you really enjoy the chew. Cakes are also good, but chances are that you’d be full by then.

    Came here for lunch on burpe app. It’s amazing. The food is beyond expectations! I love the octopus appetizer, main iberico pork and dessert spiced apple tart (a great surprise!)

    Staff was very attentive and great service throughout. Thank you.

    I am quite upset about my recent experience at Porta. I had called the hotel hotline this evening and was told that dine-in guests at the restaurants in the hotel are entitled to complimentary parking. After our dinner at Porta restaurant, I asked for a complimentary parking coupon and was shocked to be told by the restaurant staff that I needed to spend above $60 to qualify for a complimentary parking coupon. I was not informed of this extra condition when I called to enquire this evening. I approached the hotel reception and spoke about my unhappiness. The lady manager told me to go and approach the restaurant staff as she is only in charge of the reception side; drawing clear lines. I am quite disappointed with staff at the hotel reception and Porta restaurant staff.

    Porta is the most underrated restaurant for its quality ingredients and price point. Appetiser, mains and dessert were all on point! I definitely would recommend the spiced apple tart with maple bacon to everyone becAuse it’s just perfect.

    With the discounts frm Burpple, it’s a good valued restaurant venue for western food n wine. Staff r friendly, however, still room to improve service quality. The staff shd not keep coming to collect empty dishes n asking if the plates can be cleared while other guests r yet to finished their food, it’s a bit irritating n make the guests feel they r being rushed to finish n go, especially when the restaurant is not really full housed.
