After nearly 2 decades of knowing this restaurant, the food quality is still as top notch as it was on the first day. The service is first class. Over the years, we would have tried most of the various dishes they have to offer and none of them fail to impress. Very good quality food at prices that are the norm in this area of the city. Highly recommended.

4.5 if I can rate this the way I want on google! That said – Really tasty Indian food tucked away in Raffles City where the aroma hits you before you enter the restaurant and gets you salivating.
The food tasted as good as it smelt where the most unassuming but amazing dish for me was the Bharva Mushrooms. Curries (not featured) were so great and definitely punched in all the great flavors.
Service was really great and they also had a live band (of sorts) entertaining you as you dine!

Fantastic and authentic. Our friend who is a Chennai local, had enjoyed himself. Wonderful service from the staff as well.

The food was pretty good (perhaps slightly on the salty side). There was some live music when we went on Saturday evening, which was good too. It is a fairly pricey place – expect about $40 per person.

in the interest of time we took the lunch buffet options. the selections are ok taste good, i tried the mango lassi which is too thick to my taste. with the price tag does not justify it, we can get similar delicacy elsewhere at more affordable rate.
