Unforgettable service from restaurant manager Joseph who went out of the way to find us a table.

It was a busy weekend evening and Joseph was kind enough to make a few calls, in minutes we were seated and promptly served.

There are few staff for that evening when the restaurant was packed. It is a packed placed with not much of a view on the 60th floor except for a tiny bar area.

Decent quality Chinese food with adequate spicy levels.

Joseph is truly an asset to this company, being a senior staff member with deep experience in the hospitality industry, especially so at a time when most staff were young and did not speak much.

Staffs did not undergo service training at all? Zero BASIC manners. No excuse me nor Thank you.

This is not the first time. Gave them a try again last night but they failed terribly.

Dined at some of their other outlets but this outlet is worst than worst.

The service staff almost hit into me while serving too. Yet no apology given. Asked for the bill was given a black face with no courtesy at all.

A fine dining restaurant that isn’t that fine at all. Their service cannot live up to the even the basic standard of a restaurant.

amazing food. the food deserves 5 stars. the service is terrible. manager in the front just demanded for my name when i told him i had a reservation, “NAME?” and repeated “NAME??” without making eye contact. the rest of the staff didn’t seem willing to serve either.

Food is average and does not feel authentic for a fine dining restaurant. Definitely can find better Sichuan flavor else where for more affordable price. The bean curd dessert is worth trying though.
