We held a private event over there. The communication prior the event over email wasn’t that welcoming. Message wasn’t communicate the ground staff. Event day the ground staff makes us feel more welcome. They tried to help and provide alternative for those that can’t be done. Maybe because this is a private dining the wine is of limited quantity; max 3 bottles depending on range but on average it’s either 1 or 2. This was despite we communicate prior the wine we are taking. Food was not up to mark even near to their other mid end restaurant. For the amount I am paying and overall experience, would say it is an disappointment consider this is their top notch restaurant.

Ok view is nice and great private rooms. But the food was so so.. it’s a rotating tower so u get to see the city and bay area. That in itself should be a 4. It’s fun to bring visitors there. Again presentation of food was great. Found the soup a little too salty and prawn noodles too mushy.. and dessert almond paste no sweet at all (assume its suppose to be the case) and the glutinous rice ball skin so thick.. hmmm

Lunch with a view and it’s revolving! Service was good. Fine dining small portions so not for people with big appetite. Complimentary bun for birthday too. Nice! Only problem is the private room is not so private as you can hear people talking very clearly from next door.

Love the private rooms, great for business meetings. The service was attention but not intrusive. Food was great, close to excellent for some dishes… Especially enjoyed the Wagyu beef noodles.

Thank you so much for accommodating with my requests and even provided surprise for my boyfriend. Never thought that we would spend 4 hours in a restaurant. Definitely the best dining experience so far. Will return to Tong Le in the future 😊
