Have not eaten here in a while. All the favourites like olive rice, butter squid, french beans and coffee pork ribs still spot on. But, now less oily then before. Prices still v reasonable. Nice surrounds within Mandarin Gardens, located right by the swimming pool.

This was my Junior College life: staying back late in school to study and getting deliveries from Thai Pan. The food was really good and worth the price. Sad to see that this place has been closed down, will surely miss it!

Edit: WOW thanks to the “Save Thaipan” petition, they’ve opened back! Definitely gonna visit again 😊

Food is not bad. We enjoyed the food, except for the salted egg calamari which turned out to be prawns, which is okay but too sweet in terms of taste. Price is as per average restaurant prices. Wait staff are quite lax and gives off a sleepy vibe. They can be more lively and approachable. Also, being located within an enclosed residential area means that most potential customers are turned off by the idea to visit as it is troublesome.

Went there just 2 days ago. Food was good and the service was also great that day. Price was reasonable for an air-conditioned environment with restaurant setting. Parking is free as its in Mandarin Gardens Condo. Food also came quite fast. Many repeated visits since a few years ago and always left satisfied. Service standards is YMMV as some of the service staff are nice and helpful whilst another one may be grouchy. Anyway do not set too high expectations like a Michelin Star restaurant and you are good to go.

This place is as authentic as it can be. Very homely and warm. Food is also value for money. Must try their signature olive fried rice! You can also call to pre-order and pick up for take aways. good for family gatherings.
