We dropped by here for brunch on Sunday. The first impression was good but the staff was not attentive in finding us seat. That was some of the minus. After that things seem fine for awhile. We ordered Pesto linguine which look stunning; however it is quite tasteless. We also ordered special menu – Gnocchi with mushroom and truffle. This is quite nice but you must eat when it is hot. After awhile Gnocchi dish becomes a bit too much oil and becomes less yummy for me. Coffee is good as it is quite strong. Overall, it is alright. I may come back here to try other dishes as maybe we were unfortunate with the first attempt in this place.

Unfortunately, they seem to have changed chefs and ingredients. What used to be a lovely fish and chips is now half the portion, over cooked, overly fishy, and served with salad that had no dressing. They also got rid of their nice craft beer selection and the dining room ambiance changed with removal of the wine shelving. Such a disappointment because it was previously a nice little gastropub. Now it’s your typical overpriced spot with seriously below average food. We won’t be back again which is a shame since it’s so convenient.

Great staff! I feel bad that they have to put up with rude customers every so often. A gentleman came into the restaurant earlier yelling at one of the staff members.

Regardless of what the issue may have been about, there’s no reason to treat another human being in such an uncivilized manner.

Other than that I love this place for the ambience, drinks and awesome food 🙂

LOVE the truffle fries, would definitely come here again just for the fries! Chicken parmigiana looked delicious as well! 😀 will try it next time!

Best coffee in Singapore. Had a lovely meal with friendly attentive staff but the coffee was the absolute standout.
