   Worst place ever. It wasn’t pack and they forgotten my order. Waited quite a while for the food. Found out that they are franchised from Jack’s place but standard was so bad. Ordered the deep fried chicken with salted egg sauce but there was only 3 drops and smells like pee. The veg was black. And portion was really small. The fries …….. it was only 5 pieces. It was just sad. Really sad food. We had mushroom alfredo pasta, tasted like bell pepper and nothing else. It was really bad. The orange juice wasn’t cold pressed, it was syrup form. There comes dessert and nobody thinks that you could screw up the dessert, we ordered a Belgium chocolate ice cream that tasted like Nestle…… red velvet cake that was hard like a rock. I had 2 spoons and I’m done.
   It was a waste of money.

   Great ambience here! Good variety of Western food with some budget friendly meal available. They have an outdoor seating which is really nice. 🙂

   Better service compare to before. Waitress is polite and responsive. Food is reasonable. Stir fried beef cubes are over cooked today. Others are fine.

   Good steaks, mediocre desserts. Ordered the Eatzi’s Special Steak and Bacon Wrapped Fillet Mignon with Truffle Butter. Lovely customer service but restaurant has become less accessible from Safra’s main entrance due to ongoing renovations.

   Been here a few times. The food is delicious however the service is so so. They took so long to take our order. Ambience was ok. Overall 3 stars for them.
