Ribs were delicious and so was roast beef. Generous portions.However , the portions of the famous spinning bowl salad seem to be smaller than previous years. Service was good , until the end .I asked a server for my bill and she told me to wait. It ruined the favourable impression of the restaurant’s service. If she was busy, she should have referred me to another server. That was the only snag in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

what makes this place amazing is due to first the impeccable attention to detail by the service manager who manages the wait staff as well as the quality of the food coming out. My experience with the food was amazing , beef was soft to the touch and fresh. The manager truly goes out of the way to ensure every diner has the best experience !

Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary with my husband. Restaurant is centrally located and it was as how I remembered it to be, about 10 years ago when I last went there. The service staff were very attentive, and the steak we ordered was very good, wonderfully accompanied by the gravy and generous portion of yorkshire pudding. My husband in English and found it comparable to a very good Sunday roast. I liked that the restaurant wasn’t too busy or noisy (we went for lunch at 2pm) and offered a very pleasant ambience as we enjoyed a quiet lunch. The price point was a little high but definitely worth it as a treat for a loved one. Highly recommend and would probably be back when my in-laws are in town next year.

The experience there was great. Loved the ambience, loved the food, and the staff were attentive.
I made a booking online with a simple comment (“for birthday”). When I walked in, I was addressed by my name and a server dressed as a chamberlain introduced herself.
The spinning salad was first served. Although I felt that there was nothing really special about it, I loved that it was served on a chilled plate and chilled fork.
Our main course, the prime rib was really really tender. And the sauce on it was superb. Halfway through, a staff noticed that we were finishing the sauce offered us more and even helped to pour it over the rib for us.
After our meal, I have no idea how but they guessed that it was not my birthday but my partner’s. They placed a complimentary birthday cake with a lit candle infront of her and sang a birthday song. They also took a photo for us and printed it out for us to take home.
Although pricey, Lawry’s food and service makes it worth it.

THE BEST prime rib as you would expect from Lawry’s. From the moment you arrive you feel the elegance and class of an outstanding, upscale restaurant. Although every table was full, our dining experience was intimate and relaxing. The staff treated us like celebrities! Reservations are recommended.
