   A staff name Shawn was absolutely helpful and friendly despite my son spill the drinks all over the table during peak hour. Instead of giving of black face when i request for a lot of tissues, he came around at my table and help me to clear the mess. When i went to the counter and queue to buy another burger, he offered to bring it to our table. Nice dine-in experience.

   Poor score due to cleanliness. Located near the building common toilets and rubbish area. You get flies flying around and dead flies smashed and smeared over the glass partitions.

   Why always serve cold fries. Eat so many times fries always cold. Very angry. Can improve anot?

   Good place to have quite time not so crowded, compare to the one near MRT, the service also better

   The uncle on the counter was polite and we’ll mannered. Place have always ample amount of chairs. When the store introduced the automated ordering system one of the store managers were shouting to the customers on queue that they can’t pay on the counter. A bit unprofessional I guess she’s either mild dead or a the ears are dirty?
