   Their mashed potato is the real deal its the best tasting mashed potato i ever eaten. Suggest this dish if you like mashed potatoes…but must request for it. Its best done with butter and smooth. Yummy yummy!!

   I’ve been to this outlet at least 5 times and I keep returning, simply because it checks all the boxes for me. The food is delicious and portions are generous – value for money if you ask me. The ambience is cozy and family-friendly. Service wise – the staff is generally friendly and efficient, although be prepared to wait for awhile to be seated or have your food served if you come with the dinner crowd. Otherwise, I find myself coming back because it is worth my money.

   Good restaurant for families and gatherings. Swensen’s is a chain of restaurants that has been around for many years and quite popular with people of all ages. Wide variety of food offered, from western to rice and of course their extensive range of ice cream desserts.

   Cosy ambience and comfortable seating

   Will expect some waiting during peak hours on weekends. Staff are friendly and efficient. Downloaded the swensens app for a free drink. Able to change the sides for the western mains, they have fries, coleslaw, rice, mash potato, mac and cheese etc.

   Ice water is provided. Staff will help to clear your empty plates and you can request for your ice creams to be served then.

   Prices without promotions can be quite high, but for a good meal with your family and friends, it’s a great eating place for special occasions with a variety of both mains and desserts.

   The duty manager & customer service associates are good. Only the part of the restaurant is under renovation. Main dishes, beverages & sundaes are great.

   It’s alright. Food was average, but quite family friendly. I found the dark chocolate ice cream pretty good though.
