    We have been regular customers for several years. Your sunday brunch was second to none. Until June. For some reason you took the oysters and the seared scallops off. We were hoping that they would be back on the pass today. They weren’t. Today was the final disappointment, you’ve taken the delicious truffle mashed potatoes off the menu. That was our absolute favourite dish. So we wont be coming back. Very sad because we always recommended your brunch. Next stop is Ritz Carlton. Such a shame

    Went on a Wed night for the buffet. Great service staff. Attentive without being intrusive. Food wise..enjoyed the fresh sashimi….other than that… ordinary spread… largely local fare…no oyster, cheese spread was limited… Doubt I will go back again… at least not for buffet dinner on a weeknight

    This was always a “must go to” Sunday Brunch until they stopped offering oysters. There was no longer a reason to pay $110++ for their brunch. There are many better places in Singapore.

    The atmosphere was perfect. I had a wonderful time with friends and family. The food was abundant and great. I am definitely looking forward to going there again.

    One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any hotel for its brunch offering.

    Discriminating Seating:
    I’d made a reservation for my family of 3 for a weekend brunch. We arrived on time and were promptly seated…at a dark corner seat underneath a TV set while there were available 5-7 tables in the brighter section closer to most of the buffet. I then politely asked to be reseated in the basis that other tables were vacant but I was told that they were “reserved” but the waiting staff would let me know if someone “cancels”.

    Meanwhile, the tables next to us at the dark corner remain vacant until 45 minutes later when a group of caucasians who were seated next to us asked to be reseated and they were!

    Infuriated of the different treatment when it comes to seating , I asked to speak to the manager who then on the surface listened to my complaint but did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

    For the price of $120 per person, it s unacceptable service. Period.
