The breads are undoubtedly awesome. I choose the bread platter which is the chef’s recommended breads. I managed to try many varieties of bread they offer. It is served with maple honey syrup, butter, brie, prosciutto ham and guacamole. Everything is just complimenting each other.

On the other hand, the egg sandwich is a definite winner. The bread is super soft and moist filled with the delectable filling which is well-seasoned and super tasty. With no exaggeration, every bite transported me back a memory of Japan. I will definitely come back.

Visited on a Sunday morning and, already, the place was full – families sitting down at the tables, and others in the queue for takeaway bread. We got a variety of sourdoughs – the walnut roll, the white wine sourdough baguette, the rye sourdough (for fish), and a few others. Decent bread, with a strong sourdough taste. The crust was a bit too hard for our liking, but we liked the chewiness of the sourdough innards. Overpriced in our opinion, but a decent sourdough option if you live in that area of Singapore.

My friend bought me their plain croissants which was good. However, they refuse to have phone and hence we drove all the way there, parked the car and they just told us sorry sold out! A gimmick that should put customers away. There are other equally good bakes in Spore these days. Why do we allow such treatment when they have no respect for customers’ time at all. Even at Joel Robuchon, they take phone calls!!!!
