    Not bad ar all. Serving tasty SamShui chicken and varieties of bun with different animals shapes.

    Horrible experience.
    1) walked in, put on waiting list, told 15mins wait. Walked around the mall for 30mins yet no phone call. Came back to the restaurant and saw many tables empty but no one called to notify me.
    2) asked for a slightly bigger table coz I have a patient in wheelchair. Offered me with a small table cramped to the corner of the restaurant.
    3) waited 30mins till they serve the food. Could have just serve the food in batches. It’s 830pm and everyone’s hungry.
    4) all the servers appears lazy and slow in their service.

    Not going to come back again. This branch is the worse I ever tried.

    Sze Zhong Lim

    As usual, chicken and ginger fried rice was very good. The claypot tofu was also surprisingly good despite the small serving size.

    The older staff was more friendly whilst there was a younger staff who had a very bitter face all throughout. Service could be improved.

    I dont usually write reviews.

    But today’s experience truly prompted a “feedback”.

    On what could have been a delightful Saturday lunch, TeaHouse IMM exemplified what service without a smile is.

    Notwithstanding the less than enthusiastic demeanor of the wait staff, the food quality also scored poorly, firstly with the ultra-salty noodles with 5 pieces of from-the-fridge-taste chicken, accompanied with the liberal MSG laden noodle soup.

    The siewmai and hargao were passable, though a tad salty and the hargao skin looked tired from an all nighter and I suspect was probably reheated.

    “良药苦口,良言刺耳”

    Anyway, I suppose improvements will only happen if the branch revenue drops but this restaurant already has lost this family of customers.

    Klein Phua

    Food quality is okay but value for money as compared to the normal restaurant.
